the 'charming' decor was ruined by horrible blood stains on the duvet covers, really sets the mood, doesn't it? also, I could’ve really used an elevator to carry my heavy luggage up the steep stairs. I almost gave a good review, but unfortunately, they lacked any attempt at special treatment for my stay. disappointing, truly.

The location is perfect for those who love
the arts, with museums just a short bike ride away. The ambiance is distinctly charming, featuring local art integrated into the common areas. Just keep in mind the steep stairs if you’re on a higher floor, but the cozy atmosphere makes it worthwhile.

Highly Recommend it for a Cozy Stay
I had a great time staying here. The staff, especially a guy named Elroy, really went out of their way to help us with everything from finding local eats to public transport tips. The place had a warm vibe, and the surrounding area felt like a hidden gem.
Prices weren't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it was still okay.

Friendly staff made the experience enjoyable, especially the receptionist who provided helpful city tips and even accommodated a room change for our dog. The location is ideal, close to public transport. However, the room itself was showing signs of wear, with outdated furnishings and some maintenance issues. Additionally, the stairs could be quite challenging for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns, which detracted from the overall comfort.
